At www.stykaa.com, we take great care in delivering your products and partner only with trusted national courier services.
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Once your order is handed over to the courier, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and the courier’s website details. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier’s tracking portal.
If there is a delay in shipping due to items being out of stock or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or phone. Please note that no refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will be provided for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Taxes and Duties:
VAT, customs taxes, and import duties are not included in our ordering process and are the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable octroi charges must also be paid by the customer if requested by the courier in the following cities: Nagpur, Sangli, Dombivli, Nasik, Mumbai, Pimpri&Chinchwad, Kothrud (Pune), Ahmednagar, Pune, and Akola. Stykaa.com is not responsible for any octroi, VAT, or customs charges.
Delivery Exceptions:
We aim to use reputable courier companies for all deliveries. If your area is not serviceable by these couriers, we may use India Speed Post. If no courier service is available at your location, we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery address within a serviceable area.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. We can accept order changes or cancellations only before shipment. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be made after the order has been dispatched.
