Return & Exchange Policy:
· We gladly accept returns or exchanges of products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
· You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Eligibility for Return:
· Items must be in the samecondition you received them (unworn/unused), with tags, and in the original packaging.
· A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
· It is mandatory to record a 360-degree parcel opening video at the time of receiving the parcel. Complaints without this video will not be entertained.
How to Return:

· Returns must be sent to us only after receiving a return shipping label and instructions.
· Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
· Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
· If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp at +91 73832 75050 with the 360-degree parcel opening video.
· No complaint will be accepted without this video.

Damages & Issues
Please check your order carefully upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
For wrong or damaged products, the customer must report the issue via WhatsApp at +91 73832 75050 within 24 hours, along with a 360-degree parcel opening video. Complaints without the video cannot be processed.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

· Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders)
· Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
· Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the product you want is to return your current item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed for orders that cannot be fulfilled by us or if we are unable to meet our obligations.
· Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable.
· Payments made via coupons, vouchers, or reward points are non-refundable.
